What to expect from our service:
"Do I have to speak Portuguese to attend?"
Our services are held in Portuguese, but everyone is welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you as you worship with us.
“Do I have to be an Adventist to attend your church?"
No, not at all! Some people come because they are invited by friends; others come because they are curious about God and the teachings of the Bible. Everyone is welcome at our church, and our goal for each person who worships with us is to feel God’s love for them and grow in their faith, as well as make new friends!
“I’m shy! Do I have to pray out loud or do something?”
No, there are people who come and simply observe and are blessed by the testimonies, songs, prayers, and sermons given by others. We welcome anyone who believes in Christ as their personal Savior; we do not judge anyone here.
“What should I wear?"
Some of us like to dress in our best clothes for church, others prefer to come more casually. Come in whatever way you feel comfortable worshiping.
“What time do the Sabbath programs start?”
On Saturdays at 10:00am we meet for Sabbath School to study and discuss some Bible lessons. Our service starts at 11:00am.
“What about parking?”
That’s a great question! Parking is hard to come by in San Francisco, but fortunately we have a parking lot on our property that will accommodate your vehicle.

“What about my children?”
We love children and are blessed to have several in our midst. During our service we have a children’s worship time focused on the little ones.
“How long is the service?”
Our Sabbath School is from 10:00am to 11:00am, and our service starts at 11:00am and usually ends around 12:30pm.
“Do you have anything planned for after the service is over?”
We have a delicious vegetarian lunch every Saturday after the service, you and your family are welcome to join us. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.
